Chevy Malibu CS130D Alternator to Dual Rectifier CS144 AlternatorIf you need more charging power for your 1996-2001 GM vehicle with the 3100, 3.1 liter or 1999-2001 3.8 V6 powering the the 100-105 amp CS-130D type alternator, like the one shown below. You can now install the MONSTER CS-144 type large case alternator in both single and the Extreme Duty Dual Rectifier versions.
The installation shown below is on the 1999 Chevy Malibu with the 3.1L (3100cc) V-6 engine.
If you have this alternator on your GM 3.1 engine you can install up to the 250 amp dual rectifier shown to the right. All you need is the simple "U" bracket shown with the alternator.
